antigua guatemala

❋ Five-day experience

This experience is designed to support a gentle return to yourself through the body and honest presence. Rather than striving to change or to become someone new, this retreat invites you to unfold what has been holding tight, and to widen your inner capacity so more of you has room to be felt and be met.

❋ Sweetness of being

We invite sukha, “the sweetness of being”, to emerge naturally. Instead of bypassing discomfort, we allow both ease and intensity to coexist. This is what yoga teaches us at its core: how to meet the ebbs and flows of life with steadiness and softness.

❋ Weaving the practices

Explore yoga, somatic and embodiment practices, coaching, ceremony, and reflective integration to support nervous system regulation, intuitive knowing, and a deeper sense of safety within your own body.

❋ A supportive space

This retreat is not to fix yourself; you are perfect just as you are. We come together to unfold what has become habitual, so that you leave not just feeling different and relaxed, but relating to yourself in a more aligned way.

Unwind to unfold: a retreat designed for women to reconnect with themselves

I want to unfold, letting no place in me remain closed,
so I can live truthfully within my two homes:
the earth beneath me and the body I am.

ways we unfold together

Yoga & Somatic Mindfulness: Yoga is a responsive, embodied approach blending movement, breath, and somatic awareness. Rather than pushing or performing, you are guided to listen to your body’s natural wisdom and move from there.

Coaching & Integration Support: Through Integral Coaching, we will explore common themes that keep many women from living in ways that feel truly aligned. We’ll tune into how they show up in your body, mentally and emotionally. You’ll leave with deepened self-awareness, and supportive, practical ways to carry this work forward.

Nature & Antigua highlights: The land and rhythm of Antigua are woven into the retreat as active parts of the unfolding process. Time in nature, hikes to scenic viewpoints, and exploring the cobblestone streets create space for perspective and integration. We also connect with local culture through a fire ceremony, a natural dye workshop, and a special closing dinner.

  • "Made me feel like everything I felt was completely valid, and that openness was so powerful. The way she guided me through my thoughts and patterns helped me make breakthroughs I hadn’t been able to reach on my own. Her holistic coaching approach tied everything together - understanding my energy levels, how I impact others, and how I let external energy affect me. It all clicked in a way I hadn’t expected."

    —Testimonial about Kathleen

  • "Your holding of space on that retreat made me feel so loved, and held, and cared for, and it came at a time I needed it the most. When I think of you the word that comes to mind is always 'beautiful', and I mean that in your entirety. I think you are one of the most beautiful beings I have ever met. The practices with you that week gave light and care to all the gardens I'd planted in myself in the broken spaces, and there are flowers in there that will always be from your love. The world is a better place because you are in it. Thank you for everything you."

    —Testimonial about Silvana

  • "Holds a safe space from the very beginning and taps into exactly what you need in any given moment. Her coaching is intuitive, thoughtful, and tailored to you. She didn’t just help me understand where I was and where I wanted to go, but she gave me the tools to actively get there."

    —Testimonial about Kathleen

  • "I had the pleasure of attending two yoga retreats with Silvana. Silvana is warm, kind, and caring. She is intuitive and attends to the needs of people around her, both on and off the yoga mat. Her yin yoga class on the retreat was exceptional. I especially enjoyed learning facial yoga techniques from her, based on principles of anatomy of the lymphatic system. She is knowledgeable and a master of her craft. I've incorporated yoga practice I learned from Silvana into my daily life. I'm very grateful to have crossed paths with her."

    —Testimonial about Silvana

  • "Incredibly empathetic, grounding, and intuitive. She asks insightful, powerful questions that help you uncover your own clarity and wisdom. She has a unique gift for weaving together your experiences, behaviors, and goals in a way that helps you see the bigger picture. She’s the kind of coach who helps you feel both seen and expanded at the same time."

    —Testimonial about Kathleen

  • "I have had the pleasure of being in many classes with Silvana, ranging from slow flow and rocket yoga, to breathwork and meditation classes. Silvana's calm, confident, authentic presence makes her an amazing teacher and example for someone like me who is trying to cultivate these qualities in themselves even more. Her focus on play and discovery makes her classes feel as fun and lighthearted as they are healthy and grounding. Thank you Silvana for sharing your experience and light with us!"
